On Thursday, 25 October, a shiny red fire truck Star 25 P was parked at the Edmund Massalski Square near Ostrowiecka Street. The historic Fire Brigade truck commonly referred to as “GRANDMA” is a neighbor of the Voluntary Fire Brigade in Michałów.
A Polish medium capacity truck made in the Truck Factory between 1961 and 1975. During this time 118,293 chassis and complete STAR 25 trucks were manufactured.
This is the second refurbished vehicle that we are donating to the “Star Path.” Each truck is equipped with a board with information about the history and technical parameters of the vehicle. In the near future, all the Star trucks will be illuminated, so at night it will also be an attractive showcase and landmarks welcoming visitors in city. STARSANDUO actively participates in the Star Path project.
